This is a Leisure management opportunity with great career progression and definitely a leisure job not to missed!

The AGM will manage Swim Teachers and Life Guards deliver on maximising the Swim School Program and run all wet side operations in the centre. The perfect candidate has a Wet side Operations background and has a Pool Plant qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed diligently across all operations on the west side of the centre.
• Maximise occupancy of the Swim School and support the booking process while also managing feedback and inquiries to guarantee outstanding customer service. Utilise marketing materials on social media platforms and through outreach efforts to promote the Swim program.
• Develop Swim Teachers and Lifeguards through regular performance evaluations and ensuring their qualifications are current.
• Stay updated on industry trends to uphold a high level of expertise and adhere to best practices.
• Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) including those related to customer service occupancy revenue payroll costs and participation levels.

Requirements:

• Previous Operations experience or management.
• Flexibility as duty manager shifts are requirement for this role and weekend availability.
• Level 2 Swim Teaching certification (desirable)
• NPLQ (desirable)
• First Aid at Work certification desirable. Ability to show knowledge of lifeguard skills aquatic event management and water safety.
• Drive to succeed and grow the learntoswim program.
