Assistant FB Manager - Casino Services

Job Overview

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for a Casino in Miramar Goa to provide an extraordinary experience to the guests and maintain a healthy relationship with them. Excellent time management and leadership qualities are the key requirements for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the junior staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure the customers requirements are fulfilled.
• Respond to customer complaints professionally.
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
• Ensure the restaurant is well stocked with alcoholic beverages and other drinks.
• Help the guests and clients to decide what to order according to their tastes and preferences.
• Maintain hygiene standards and follow best cleaning practices.
• Handle phone inquiries and take guest reservations courteously and promptly.
• Record all the expenses and bills.
• Make reports on a weekly or monthly basis
• Keep a record of the orders and shipments.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry emphasizing food and beverages.
• Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
• Must know all food liquor beer wine and retail offered
• Indepth knowledge of the food industry.
• Strong working knowledge of related computer software including restaurant management software.
• Exceptional organizational leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Shift base working hours.
