We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join the Investment team of a prestigious Real Estate Manager. As an Asset Manager you will be responsible for managing and maximising the value of real estate assets across Resi Commercial Retail and PBSA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of our real estate assets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
- Manage and oversee property operations including leasing maintenance and tenant relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants vendors and other stakeholders
- Monitor and manage property budgets and expenses
Requirements
Chartered Surveyor and a bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance
710 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
