Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:
Asset Management Legal Counsel Zurich 2.5 months 100% Imm. CHF 130000
Tasks
- Prepare detailed approval requests to FINMA
- Contribute to the establishment of Swiss index funds
- Provide legal advice in the area of asset management
- Integrate sustainability aspects aligning with FINMA guidelines
- Draft prospectuses & fund contracts for collective investment schemes
Requirements
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Proven experience with supervisory authorities
- At least 5 years PQE as a lawyer within asset management
- Completed legal degree additional qualifications are an asset
- Full professional fluency in English and German French is an asset
