Art Director

Join our team as an Art Director and bring your extensive expertise in game production and strong illustration skills to lead the art team effectively.

In this role you will collaborate closely with the product owner game designer and principal animators to define the games visual style and set and maintain quality benchmarks.

Youll be responsible for documenting style guides and production procedures diving into seniorlevel production tasks within your speciality shaping the artistic vision and establishing quality standards.

Beyond the technical aspects your role extends to playing a pivotal mentoring role inspiring and motivating team members to thrive in our creative and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft the games Art Direction with precision and creativity.
• Create comprehensive art documentation for game production.
• Showcase excellent planning and task scheduling skills for topnotch animations.
• Coach and mentor team members supporting their professional growth.
• Ensure the game meets visual quality standards.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback on art and animation.
• Serve as the main contact for outsourced teams.
