Job Description

Maintaining and increasing sales of the company Achieving the targets and goals set of the specified area Establishing maintaining and expanding customer base Servicing the needs of existing customers Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Developing sales strategies and setting targets Compiling and analyzing sales figures Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself Collecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Job Specification (Knowledge Skills & Abilities)

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to travel within the assigned geographical area. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Qualification/Experience

Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Proven 2 years experience in sales and team leadership preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
