As the Area Manager for the West Area of the Netherlands you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a wide range of operational functions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader capable of driving success in a fastpaced environment.

What we are looking for;

Proven experience in a similar managerial role with a strong background in operations.

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Knowledge of safety and security protocols.

Familiarity with the shared mobility sector is a plus.

What you will do;

1. Operations Management:

Oversee all daytoday operations within the West Area NL including seven cities.

Provide clear targets and KPIs for fleet managers to drive performance and productivity.

Organize and manage service agents in the field and workshop to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsible for the procurement of parts required for operations.

2. Government and Community Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and government bodies.

Resolve any police and government requests or issues related to our operations.

3. Reporting and Procedure Implementation:

Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to optimize efficiency.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance to the senior management team.

4. Logistics and Deployment:

Organize logistics and deployment of mopeds and ebikes.

Coordinate the deployment of staff and equipment across multiple hubs and locations.

5. Team Management and Development:

Lead mentor and manage a diverse team of employees.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff as needed.

6. Marketing and R&D Implementation:

Implement marketing strategies to promote our services in the West Netherlands.

Contribute to the development and implementation of research and development initiatives.

7. Safety and Security:

Ensure the safety and security of all employees in the West Netherlands
