A motivated Lab Assistant within the field of Chemistry Perfumery & Technology or a related field well versed with handling chemicals safety methods and good lab practices delivering quick & accurate compounding of recipes while working closer with Flavourists to deliver briefs in time.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Research and analyse market trends consumer preferences and competitor products in fabric care personal care and body care categories.
Develop innovative fragrance formulations tailored to specific product applications ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Participate in industry conferences seminars and workshops to network with peers and share expertise in fragrance technology.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers on fragrance application techniques product formulations and regulatory compliance.
Stay abreast of industry developments emerging technologies and regulatory changes related to fragrance ingredients and applications.
You
Previous experience in fragrance application with a strong emphasis on fabric care and personal/body care categories.
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field preferred.
Proven track record of developing successful fragrance formulations and applications.
Indepth knowledge of fragrance ingredients regulations and industry trends.
Creativity and innovation in developing new fragrance solutions.
