Tasks

• Working closely with the CEO and taking responsibility for all company operations
• Organizing daytoday business and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Supporting the team in various projects e.g. in the development of new features or in the area of marketing
• Hiring and liaising with freelancers
• Supervising Arises Support team
• Regular quality assurance in various app areas
• Supporting the management in the legal area e.g. data protection

Were looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
• Bachelors degree in a business or managementrelated field preferred
• Great command of English German or Russian is considered a plus
