Our client is looking for an Ancillary Account Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities include:
  • Work with the Director of Ancillary Underwriting, Field Account Executives and Sales to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and renewal accounts.
  • Provide daily client services for our ancillary business, process policies, endorsements, invoicing, certificates, etc.
  • Respond to client/broker and carrier inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage compliance and adherence for each account.
  • Analyze client policies to determine accuracy.
  • Liaison between internal departments to provide communication and support to external sources (i.e. Sales, Broker support, carrier vendors etc.)
  • Responsible for electronic file set-up and maintenance, along with ongoing filing and documentation of client meetings/issues/decisions
  • Plan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload, considering new business, renewal business and day-to-day service responsibilities for the ancillary accounts assigned in a timely manner ensuring internal/external deadlines are met.
  • Other projects and duties assigned.
Qualifications include:
  • Strong knowledge of Ancillary lines of coverage necessary (ie: disability, life, accident, critical illness, vision, dental, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years in group benefits working in Client Services capacity strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with levels within the organization.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital.
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail and a desire to learn are necessities.
  • Must already have or be willing to obtain Arizona Life & Health Insurance License
