Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reviewing data related to finance accounts & legal and providing strategic solutions
to the board of directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets income statement forecasts etc) taking into
account company&rsquo s goals and financial standing
2. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial
performance
3. Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
4. Develop financial models conduct benchmarking and process analysis
5. Conduct business studies on past future and comparative performance and develop forecast
models
6. Identify trends advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on
sound analysis
7. Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
8. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
9. Gain and job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
10. Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within
the broadest scope
11. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
12. Pitch presentation to raise minimum INR 100 cr. funds for projects
13. Day to day communication with CA & CS for ROC Income Tax & GST compliances.
14. Coordination with legal team to draft agreements MoUs & partnerships.
15. Payroll Management Ledger & Book Keeping knowhow

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Bachelors Degree In respective field
Minimum 35 years of similar profile
High level of energy adaptable to communicate with officers from various dept.
Proficient in spreadsheets databases MS Office and financial software applications
Outstanding presentation reporting and communication skills
Adept with making Bplans & financial models.
Candidate from Renewable energy experience will be more preferred.
TIMING & LOCATION
1. Timings will be 10AM to 7PM (6 days )
2. Bandra (W) Mumbai

SALARY / COST TO COMPANY
1. 36 lakhs P.A
