Our client is looking for a AMHS Handling System Technicians to join their upcoming 5nanometer fab in Phoenix Arizona. Our client is looking for a AMHS Handling System Technicians to join their upcoming 5nanometer fab in Phoenix Arizona. You will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our clients core values – Integrity Commitment Innovation and Customer Trust.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and become familiar with manufacturing/engineering process and stay informed of any changes in procedures.
- Recover tool condition from regular maintain or trouble shooting to provide high quality production line.
- Oversee AMHS device installation and qualification testing
- Sustain and improve the performance of AMHS devices in cleanroom environment
- Conduct handcarry of wafers when necessary
- Work in a startup business culture
- AAS or Technical Degree or STEM program preferred
- Previous or current AMHS experience preferred.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance or manufacturing setting working with electrical machinery preventative maintenance installation and collaborative teams
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
- Ability to work under a compressed workweek schedule days or nights
- Committed attentive positive multitasking attitude and ability to work under high pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment in PPE coveralls hoods boots safety glass and gloves.
- Carrying ladders from On duty area to area that needs work
- Ability to reach above shoulder level and move a FOUP from a storage location to a cart up to 40 lbs in weight.
- Extend arms above shoulder level for extended periods of time to install/move barcodes E84 heads and other AMHS material.
- Work in a confined space (less than 4 feet) to recover vehicles at the AMHS highway level.
- Work requires movement on hands and knees to include bending stooping walking over periods of time
