Amazon Connect Developer

We are currently looking for (3) Amazon Connect Developers for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $90 to $100 based on experience.
6month contract with the potential for extension.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Join the CCI Operations Tier 2 development team accountable for migrating Tier 2 Contact centres from legacy infrastructure to Amazon Connect.
Address security stability and supportability aspects of services during development in Amazon Connect.
Build Lambda functions and DynamoDB components to enhance system functionality.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in computer science or relevant field or equivalent proven industry experience.
35 years of relevant Contact Center experience.
2 years of support and development experience with AWS Connect.
Experience in developing contact flows and skillbased routing IVR applications.
Firm understanding of backend development or similar technologies such as Python Java and REST API.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Connect DynamoDB S3 CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
Experience in the application development lifecycle particularly Agile Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies or similar practices including tools like Jenkins Ansible and CDD.
Experience collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Indepth knowledge of cloud contact center technologies development skills and a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure specifically Amazon Connect and AWS services.
