Skills Preferred: ControlM Administrator Scheduling Software BMC Working knowledge of NIS authentication and MS Active directory services conversion for Linux and AIX workloads Managing and administering IBM pSeries Unix system and AIX operating system in an enterprise environment Configuring migrating file systems on AIX servers for multiple storage platforms using LVM Managed IBM VIOS and virtual workloads Created and deployed scripts for automation using Shell Scripts for monitoring and maintenance procedures. Managing and administering RedHat enterprise Linux Hands on skills with containers in the cloud

Experience Required: Miscellaneous/ Niche/ Other

Experience Preferred: Seven (7) Years experience with maintaining and managing Control Scheduling environment product of BMC/including job scheduling and job creation. Seven (7) years experience in implementing and administering PowerVM virtualization technologies (Virtual I/O) on IBM System pSeries platform/LPM Configuration. Pseries Hardware knowledge is a must (p8/p9/p10) Five (5) years as a systems administrator installing configuring and updating AIX 7.x on IBM pSeries hardware. Seven (7) years as a UNIX systems administrator managing servers in an enterprise environment consisting of 100 or more AIX servers. Three (3) years experience in migrating authentication processes from NIS to Active Directory for UNIX environment. Two (2) years of experience in container technologies Six years (6) of experience in an enterprise with multiple customer environments

Education Required: Miscellaneous/ Niche/ Other

Education Preferred: Bachelors degree in any IT related or engineering field

Additional Information: Must be local to Los Angeles with the ability to drive to an alternative work location when needed.
