Air conditioning Service Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HVAC service team ensuring highquality service delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the HVAC service department including service technicians dispatchers and support staff.
• Develop and implement service policies procedures and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians assisting with complex problemsolving and troubleshooting.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency response times and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize technician schedules and workloads.
• Conduct regular training sessions for service technicians to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service operations.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage the service department budget including forecasting expense control and revenue growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the service team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Customeroriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality service.
• Previous experience in HVAC service management.
