Strong experience in Marketing Automation consultation/solutioning experience for B2B channel using Adobe Marketo Engage
Help businesses define refinements, explain the capabilities of the platforms, develop tech design and ultimately implement solutions using Marketo
Implement and extend OOTB capabilities using custom dev/config to meet business requirements
Develop and Integrate with CRM systems to bring in data to orchestrate marketing automation strategies, user journey and segmentation
Focus on Client Services and Engagement, and responsible for understanding our customer's and prospects' needs and developing the appropriate solutions and POV to address those.
Performing the necessary assessment and analysis to clearly define the business objectives and capabilities, as well as the supporting business cases, demonstrating how those requirements are supported using the Marketo and overall Techstack.
Responsible for leading and assisting in developing complex and custom solutions, help with planning, technical build & execution.
Utilize strong business acumen, including best practices and business processes, to understand and communicate business requirements and solutions strategies to customers and prospects.
Developing customer presentations leveraging value-based methodologies and POV`s including, Cross-channel Campaign Strategies, KPI Measures, and more.
