Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and Adobe CS software updates.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
• Assist in the development of design templates and style guides.
• Collaborate with external vendors for designrelated projects and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to junior designers on Adobe CS best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles typography and color theory.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented approach with a high level of accuracy in design execution.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
• Experience in digital illustration and vector graphics creation.
• Proficiency in Mac and PC platforms and familiarity with design software and plugins.
• Understanding of web design principles and UX/UI concepts is a plus.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a wellstructured design asset library.
