Stellenbeschreibung
In the frame of our quality strategy we have started in 2021 to implement globally a CAQ system (computer aided quality).
The CAQ system is currently used by a high three digit number of users.
Two major modules are in roll-out: audit module and FMEA module (failure mode effect analysis).
Responsibility
- Support the current roll-out by e.g., administrating of CAQ software, answering user questions, give trainings, create queries and dashboards
- Further development of existing system by e.g., collecting, prioritizing and implementation of improvement ideas together with the community, IT and the IT provider
- Support enlargement of system e.g., definition, implementation and roll-out of additional modules within the CAQ software
Profile
- Experience in process management (including audits and process mining competencies)
- Experience in plant quality and operations (including operational experience in quality control & assurance)
- Management skills. Ability to implement new processes
- Leading and working in matrix structures
- Fluent English (written and spoken), German beneficial
- Working in international teams, travelling
- Able to communicate on different levels of hierarchy (plant manager to production operators)
- Strong getting things done attitude and persistence
- Ability to see the bigger picture
- Problem solving competencies (CIP, A3, Fishbone, 8D, Kaizen )
- Strong Quality Awareness
