Office Administrative openings we have in Long Beach for Timekeepers Staffing Coordinators and Compliance Coordinators. The positions are temp to perm starting immediately upon hire and salary is 19/hr to start. Job
  • Monday Friday: 9 am 6 pm
  • Training Provided
  • Must have strong attendance record/commitment

Descriptions Below:

Timekeeper:
  • Timecards will be received via fax or email every Monday for the previous week.
  • Timekeeping email will be monitored throughout the day for incoming timecards.
  • Timecards will be checked for signatures SS#s and appropriate vendor/provider information before keying or uploading.
  • Contact facilities if timecards missing or information incomplete
  • Timecards will be put with activation report
  • All timecards will be keyed into database and double checked.
  • Timecards will be “dumped” into Stafferlink.
Staffing Coordinator:
  • Schedule Staff at vendor site
  • Work with agencies to find support staff for schedules
  • To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) computer savvy.
    At least 2 years experience with Administrative work and Call Center.
  • Medical Staffing experience a plus. Nurse registry experience highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing hospital organization operations and functions a plus.
Compliance Coordinator:
  • This position is primarily responsible for monitoring collecting updating and ensuring vendor and candidate compliance related to healthcare job classifications.
  • Collects all healthcare credential and compliance information in accordance with company Operating Procedures.
  • Performs auditing data entry reporting of credential documents and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Routinely conducts database review and evaluation to ensure compliance documents are uploaded and valid.
  • Routinely and actively followsup by phone and email to collect credential and compliance information
  • Maintains good client and vendor relations.
