Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and techsavvy individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to navigate various administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently can think on their feet and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Manage online food ordering processes.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Provide general support to visitors clients and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Upkeep and Maintenance of the Office Premises Involve in maintaining the premises clean & neat and housekeeping coordination.
Assist in managing the pantry stock and company assets as required.
Assist in sales and Marketing team on Link Building activity as required.
Assist in HRrelated activities as required.
To coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Skills Required
Prior experience in an administrative role is necessary.
Needs to have good computing skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Problem solving with the ability to think on your feet.
Dedication to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
Additional Requirements
Possession of a personal bike with a valid drivers license.
All required legal documents for the bike must be uptodate and readily available.
Location
The company is based out of Hyderabad. We are looking for people who reside in Hyderabad and be available when required.
