In this position you will:

Responsibilities

  • Support the local operation in financial matters such as: grants and tax rebate applications writing help with cost structure optimization and reporting on the canadian subsidiarys accounting.
  • Support with Canadian Office operations including: employee onboarding and offboarding coordinating events and social activities and facilities management.
  • Carry out executive assistant tasks including: calendar management travel booking and acting as committee secretary.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Business Administration finance or equivalent.
  • Perfect command of English and Spanish languages.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills ability to work independently and with other global teams.
  • Ability to work with an international multicultural team of people both inperson and through online resources and capacity to coordinate with different stakeholders at the firm.
  • Initiative handson attitude.
  • Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills.
  • Proven finance and accounting knowledge and 2 years experience in grants and tax rebate applications.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Technologically Savvy.
  • Proficient knowledge of the following tools: google calendars zoom Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of Office management and/or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of other languages preferably French and German.
  • Knowledge of tools/programs like: Monday Canva Asana etc.
