• Schedules appointments and maintains a calendar of the Operations Manager
• Takes manual shorthand and transcribes from it.
• Composes correspondence and reports for own, Operations Manager?s signature.
• Organizes materials, which may be presented to Operations Manager in draft format..
• Maintains filing and record management systems and other office flow procedures.
• Coordinates with all Managers on all matters that need Operations Managers input or approval
• In charge for safekeeping of original contracts in Operations Manager?s office
• Scanning of all contracts
• Ensure office supplies are available for Operations Manager & Staff
• Follow up attendance of opeartions employees
• Prepare monthly time sheets and all payroll variables and submit to HC on monthly basis
• Give full support and follow up the job assessment process of all employees
• Update training record
• Update employees health record and do the needfull regarding sending employees for perioical medical checkup
• Prepare PR, CDR, CPR and GRN
