• Preparing Conceptual Landscape Drawings sets with Residential Codes such as NBC and IS Codes.
• Experienced in with Luxury residential Villa projects.
• Preparation of Tender Drawings and GFC drawings sets.
• Finalising and Checking BOQs (Quantity and Specifications).
• Well versed with Civil materials with a good horticulture knowledge.
• Knowledge of Latest Landscape Trends and Value Engineering initiatives
• Knowledge of Landscape SOPs and Work Method Statements.
• Wellversed with best practices in Quality and safety
• Coordination with Regional Teams and other functions viz. Design Engineering Planning Costing / Budgeting Legal Finance
• Tracking Variations in Designs and Budget Analysis.
• RFI resolution dispute resolution
• Do Site Visits whenever required.

• Proficient in Excel and latest MS Office suites
• Proficient in AutoCAD Sketch up Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator design tools.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and various Engineering Calculations tools
• Proficient in Communication (verbal and written)
• Well Organized Time Management Skills and good at multi tasking.
• Problem Solving Collaborative Working and proactive in taking initiatives.
