Job Description
Job Objective
Support blended learning journey for our learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome
Be a subject matter expert and mentor students throughout their learning journey
Requirements
Certification for Corporate (Good to have)
Training and Evaluation
- ACTA/ACLP
- HRD Certified Trainer (TTT)
- Or local equivalent
At least 5 years in Project Management with 35 years of experience as a Scrum Master for tech or nontech teams (can be cumulative)
Demonstrable experience facilitating adoption of Scrum within a team or business unit
Experience as a trainer coach or facilitator in a corporate setting
Strong interpersonal skills and businesslevel English
Capable of mentoring and coaching professionals and nonprofessionals in a group or 11 setting
Led a team of more than 3 persons in an Agile setting
Project Management experience in traditional project management contexts
Scrum certification for Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance preferred (PSM PSPO CSM CSPO etc)
Nice to have:
Additional language (Mandarin)
Experience in startups or other entrepreneurial projects in SMEs
Learning Support LMS Administrative Enterprise Digital Transformation
