- Preparing an agenda for activities and events in line with the club's policy and approving it by the senior management.
- Preparing a time plan and budget related to activities and events and approving it by the senior management.
- Covering the cultural, recreational, social, sports and other aspects so that the activities are qualitative and distinctive and in line with the club's policy.
- Diversification in defining the target groups for activities and events and implementing them individually or collectively.
- Full coordination to provide the requirements and needs of the activity to ensure its implementation in the planned manner.
