Manage breakdown cases across Europe in the customers first language.

Handle essential information within designated systems.

Prioritize customer needs and follow defined breakdown processes.

Serve as the primary communicator between involved parties to find suitable solutions.

Requirements:

Positive attitude with strong communication skills.

Motivated to exceed expectations and eager to share and learn.

Willingness to work in a flexible shift system.

Fluency in Lithuanian Czech/Polish and English; other Eastern European languages a plus.
