2. Payment Collection:
   
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payments.
  
• Arrange payment plans when necessary.
  
3. Transaction Tracking:
   
• Collect payments from customers and accurately record them in the system.
  
• Create reports and balance sheets documenting overall profits and losses.
