Accounts Payable and Orders Administrator

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable and Orders Administrator for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $21.37.
12month contract.
Fulltime 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (inoffice).

Responsibilities:

Receive and input all purchase orders into our accounting platform (Sun Systems).
Obtain quotes from vendors for technical supplies and chemicals.
Place orders on behalf of staff.
Conduct weekly cheque runs.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centre and vendors.
Manage the records retention process.
Place orders using the Oracle procurement system.
Provide customers with quotes from approved vendors.
Perform quality checks on incoming orders.
Manage the endtoend buying process including monitoring orders placed following up on the approval process and completing receipting.
Respond to inquiries from vendors.
Collaborate with the Procurement team to resolve any supplier issues.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

What you will need to succeed:

Diploma from a college.
Experience in Accounts Payable with a minimum of 1 year.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Experience working in an ISO 9001:2015 environment is an asset.
Solid finance and mathematical abilities.
Strong computer skills.
Organizational prowess and acute attention to detail.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to adapt and quickly grasp new procedures.
Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Strong problemsolving skills.
