This position plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive communication strategies for our clients. An ideal candidate is responsible for client management strategic planning media relations and campaign execution. This role demands a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate various communication channels effectively.

Job Title: Accounts Manager and Communications Strategist

Location: Lahore Pakistan

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Acting as the main POC to the client.
  • Strategy Development: Plan and develop effective PR strategies for the clients.
  • Campaign planning and execution.
  • Media Relations: Assist the media manager in maintaining media relations for the client.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Keep track and manage the monitoring team of the media coverage and PR campaign performance.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle crises with the line managers.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the client within the agency.
  • Influencer Management: Develop and execute IM campaigns for the client with the IM team.
  • Budget Management: Stay informed with the operations manager to make sure work is done in the allocated budgets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of the market trends and competitors that may impact clients.
  • Participate in contract renewals and negotiation with the clients.
  • Offer assistance in crafting new pitches as needed.
  • Any other task/duty assigned by the line manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the advertising or PR industry with a minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong strategic thinking client management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in media relations crisis management and campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Keen awareness of market trends competitors and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and participate in contract renewals.
  • Proactive approach to pitching and business development.
