Accounts and Finance

Responsibilities: Manage daytoday financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable. Process invoices expense claims and ensure timely payment to vendors. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for improvement. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of financial audits and compliance reviews. Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy. Stay informed about financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office especially Excel. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions. Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in financial transactions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
