You will play a crucial role in maintaining precise financial records managing administrative functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions reconciling bank statements overseeing office maintenance and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires minimum of 45 years of relevant experience proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite strong organizational skills and a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality. Job Title: Accounts and Admin Manager

Location: Lahore Pakistan

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices expense reports vendor payments and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements monitor cash flow and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monthly and annual closing of accounts.
  • Work with project managers to ensure projects stay within the budget.
  • Generate financial reports including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies equipment and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with HR tasks including recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and attendance and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws related to payroll.
  • Any other task/duty assigned by the line manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 45 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in handling accounts and administrative functions.
  • Proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges independently.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
