Accounting Manager

1. General Accounting

   • Support the MonthEnd Close Process.

   • Conduct Bank Reconciliations.

   • Perform reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts including accrued expenses prepaid items fixed assets and other General Ledger entries.

   • Prepare monthly reconciliations for inventory analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Gross Margin.

   • Assist with managing receivables and payables processes.

2. Cost Accounting

   • Review and validate manufacturing invoices approve payments or dispute discrepancies ensuring alignment with the 3way match process.

   • Process and address claims related to manufacturing cost and quantity discrepancies.

   • Validate invoices for shipping charges manage disputes with carriers and uphold compliance with agreedupon rates.

   • Reconcile fabric inventory on a monthly basis resolving disputes as needed.

3. Financial & Cost Control Reporting

   • Aid in the preparation of financial statements following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

   • Generate accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports for financial analysis purposes.

   • Handle Sales Tax reporting and filing obligations.
