Accounting Analyst

In this role you will beresponsible for analyzing financial data preparing reportsidentifying trends and assisting with various accounting functions to ensure accurate financialrecords and support informed decisionmaking within the organization.This role requires a strongunderstanding of accounting principles attention to detail and the ability to work with financialdata.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform indepth analysis of financial statements including balance sheets incomestatements and cash flow statements.

• Identify trends patterns and anomalies in financial data and provide insights to supportmanagements decisionmaking process.
• Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to help monitor financialperformance against targets.
• Prepare regular financial reports presentations and dashboards for managementhighlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear concise manner to nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve and address any issuesrelated to financial data.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency in reportingand analysis.
• Participate in the implementation of new financial systems or software to improve dataaccuracy and reporting capabilities.
• Stay up to date with accounting standards regulations and compliance requirements toensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external audits and ensure compliancewith statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments such as operations marketing and sales to gatherfinancial data and insights for analysis.
• Document financial analysis processes methodologies and assumptions to ensureconsistency and transparency in reporting.
• Contribute to special projects related to financial analysis process improvement andsystem implementation as required.

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

CERTIFICATIONS

A relevant professional certification (such as CPA CMA or ACCA) can be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE

Among 12 years of previous experience in accounting financial analysis or related roles is preferred.
