Accountant with QuickBooks Experience

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Accountant with QuickBooks experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on managing the full accounting cycle, from accounts payable and accounts receivable to financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation. • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on end-to-end accounting. • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
