- Entering and posting all purchase invoices after checking and matching purchase requests
- Issuing payments to suppliers on a regular basis after making sure that they meet the terms of supply
- Receiving the supplied products and entering them into the sales and barcode system.
- Posting invoices for fixed assets purchases, controlling their purchase, receiving, destroying and recording them on their own file, matching the Andalusian accounting system on a monthly basis, and recording the depreciation expense on a monthly basis.
- Post the entries for prepaid expenses on a monthly basis and match their file to the accounting system
