We are now looking for an Accountant (f/m/d) joining our busy Finance & Admin team in Vienna!

Tasks

Key responsibilities

• Youll be responsible for the ongoing bookkeeping (domestic and foreign invoices cash bank travel expenses) as well as processing payments
• Youll find pleasure in invoice recording and verification as well as generating various reports from it
• Every month youll prepare the VAT return (Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung UVA) and the Recapitulative Statement (Zusammenfassende Meldung ZM)
• Youll assist our Senior Accountant with monthend closing procedures
• Youll conduct the automated payment reminder process once a week
• When necessary you are happy to support our colleagues with backoffice tasks and ensure that our Grassfishe dont get lost in complex business travel bookings
• Collaboration and communication with our brilliant internal teams is your bread and butter because team work makes the Grassfish dream works!

Requirements

Your profile

• You have completed your education (e.g. HAK or HASCH or an equivalent apprenticeship) and/or possess relevant professional experience (certification as an accountant is advantageous)
• You are a master of MS Office and picking up new software (Business Central) comes naturally to you
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and your work is characterized by independent and precise execution
• You are reliable enjoy working in a team and have a handson mentality
• You delight in utilising your excellent German skills and proficient English skills

Due to legal reasons in Ausria we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position which is as per the collective agreement 2968 gross per month based on fulltime employment (38.5 h/week). However the package will be based on your qualifications and experience.
