Were looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is about more than managing accounts; youll be a partner to our clients helping them make sense of their IT and Cybersecurity needs and delivering solutions that make a real difference. Ingenio Technologies is a rising Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering IT support and services. Our 11person team specialises in using technology to solve business problems. We have a growing client base in Sussex and more than 150 Google reviews (go check them out; theyre fantastic!). Our mission is to provide highquality IT solutions to businesses of all sizes in Brighton and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Translate the complex into clear understandable terms for clients ensuring they grasp the value and impact of our services.
  • Drive business growth through strategic account planning and execution identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling whilst maintaining client retention.
  • Manage and oversee client accounts ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design and implement bespoke IT solutions for specific business problems.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for all account activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise in IT solutions.


What Were Looking For:


  • A proven track record in account management preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear concise language.
  • A robust understanding of finance and the expertise to assist clients in planning and managing their IT budgets and forecasts.
  • An interest in technology with a basic understanding of IT solutions and their application in solving business problems.
  • A natural problem solver ambitious and adaptable to change recognising that the IT industry constantly evolves.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a passion for learning and personal development.
  • Someone happy to speak at events or networking opportunities and willing to use video to serve our clients better

This is a fulltime role working 40 hours weekly and nbsp;Monday Friday (no weekends). While the role is based in our office near Sussex University it includes flexible arrangements for client visits around Sussex. A pool car is available.


The basic salary for this position ranges from 27000 to 32000 based on your experience. With our uncapped commission structure your total earnings could exceed 55000.
