Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our successful and dynamic team based in South Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Effectively promote the company’s products and services
• Handle client inquiries and provide high-level service
• Conduct personal clientele analysis and take necessary actions
• Ensure compliance with company legal guidelines and procedures
• Inform clients about company products and software systems
• Contribute to team goals by achieving targeted results
• Follow up on queries and provide feedback to clients
• Collaborate effectively with other departments as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or in calling for financial companies, including insurance, banks, and investment funds
• Fluency in English language
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Prior call centre experience preferred
• High motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated
• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving goals
• Proficiency in computer applications
