*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Head to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Manage the daytoday financial operations of the organization including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and payroll.
2. Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
3. Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets forecasts and variance analysis to support decisionmaking and drive business performance.
4. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial matters including cost reduction initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.
5. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals providing guidance training and performance feedback to support their professional development and ensure departmental goals are met.
6. Coordinate with external auditors tax authorities and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with all statutory requirements.
7. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in accounting and finance and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
*Qualifications:*
1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
2. 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial analysis and reporting standards.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
5. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment and drive results.
7. High degree of integrity professionalism and attention to detail.
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment with a passion for driving organizational success.
