What we offer


Put Teamtailor on the map

You will be increasing our LATAM sales team (we are currently 6 sellers in the Colombian team) to really make Teamtailor the leader in the market making it the goto employer branding platform in LatAm.

For us personality and passion come before education and experience. Youll always be supported and looked after by your Teamtailor family but you will also have a lot of responsibility for your own work meaning that working independently isnt something you mind.

Additionally we are looking for someone who ideally:


Recruitmentprocess

If there is a match from the getgo things can move really fast.The process usually includes these steps:

1) Quick call with Alicia Sanin Sales Manager 15 minutes.

2) Indepth interview with Alicia and Carlos Head of Sales.

3) Business Case Informal chat with part of the Sales team 1 hour.



Youll be part of our team based in Bogot and we expect your help building the LATAM team. We are looking forward to learning more about you and getting to know you better
