Today, we help over 3200 restaurants in Europe increase their sales and operate more efficiently by providing a centralized place to manage all delivery and click&collect orders from a single tablet and printer. We envision a future where most
restaurants operate multiple virtual brands within the same kitchen and deliver
to customers within 15-20 minutes of their location.

By joining RusHour, you will be at the forefront of the rapid evolution of the restaurant industry and the explosion of the online ordering sector.

RusHour works with all online delivery platforms such as Ubereats, Deliveroo, JustEat, Glovo and dozens of other local platforms as well as with the main POS on the market such as Sumup, Cashpad, Zelty..

Tasks

As an Account Executive, your role is to generate as many business opportunities as possible as part of your prospecting.

Your goal will be to identify, qualify and convince restaurant owners to test our solution so that they can better understand how RusHour can help them increase their online revenues :

  • You build a relationship with your customers on a daily basis according to their profile.
  • You ensure a reactive commercial service and are a force of proposal to solve the needs of the customer.
  • You participate in the development of new tools with the Marketing team to support our restaurant customers (training, guides, articles, etc.)
  • You collaborate with the support team to identify concrete gaps that our sales team can eliminate.
  • You ensure the success of our referral program in order to sign new customers.
  • You propose new platform integrations for our customers who do not yet have all the partners beyond Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Justeat.

Requirements

  • You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy understanding your customers' data and
    respect internal processes.
  • You can adapt quickly to your environment and are a strong team player.
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills.
  • You are looking for a formative opportunity and are highly motivated to exceed your goals without being afraid to fail.
  • Bonus: You are familiar with the restaurant business.
