- Participate in preparing activities plans and budgets for sports academies.
- General supervision of all operational operations of sports academies in all its branches and in all its aspects.
- Implementing the approved system for all operational processes and following up on its implementation, in order to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the higher management.
- Follow up on the implementation of the academies' plans, programs and annual and monthly agenda, and develop alternative plans and take measures appropriate to their implementation in the event that it is not possible to implement them.
- Ensure proper coordination between the different departments in the academies in accordance with the approved system.
