- 5 years experience in Implementation & Integration of SAP Success factors.
- Experience in Employee Central (EC)Core Leave Module Knowledge & Competency Management and Compensation & Benefits module.
- Develop and maintain HR and other business reporting analytics and dashboards.
- Create and maintain a report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from the HRIS system.
- Responsible for the development of ad hoc report requests to meet business requirements.
- Help build and report the metrics used by HR to communicate the trends and areas of improvement to watch within the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment be diplomatic and influence stakeholders external partners and international teams
- Collaborate with HR teams around process efficiencies and advocate needs to drive solutions.
- Should have handson experience in SuccessFactors integration with other 3rd Party tools.
- Experience in HRIS migration from Oracle/Workday to Success Factors.
