CNC Machinist Mazak Lathe Experience

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Mazak lathes to produce highquality machined parts according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Set up and adjust machines including tooling and fixturing.
  • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Mazak lathes.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
