Job Responsibilities: • Generating proposals for customers. • Handling high volume of sales leads • Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services. • Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential customers. Maintain a working knowledge of products and services and an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect the Audio-Video market. • Develop and deliver sales presentations/demos and close sales in a professional and effective manner by developing and generating sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers on audio-video services. • Produce regular reports and final plans in a timely manner to the Sales and Marketing Manager for approval. • Learn and become familiar with all of the demonstration equipment. • Provide customers with system designs and system specifications. Specify equipment to match applications • Selling performance - Meet or exceed quotas • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Develop good working relationships with assigned accounts. • Provide a superior level of service, competitive bids, and on time deliveries as well as service after the sale. • Interface with the customer service department when questions arise or to assist in them in resolving a problem or issue. • Strong ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently while meeting quality objectives
