Job Description
Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of project and program activities, establish and implement mechanisms to systematically assess the achievement of results, conduct field visits, participate in review meetings and evaluation missions, and draft regular inputs to GBV-related status and progress reports; Analyze key factors affecting achievement of results, recommend corrective actions and follow up on recommendations; Track project activities and events according to the project document and maintain an updated schedule of events; Contribute to the creation and sharing of knowledge by documenting findings, lessons learned, success stories, best practices, strategies and approaches for the country office and drafting relevant materials for publication; Any other related duties that may be required.
