𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We are looking for skilled Electrical Engineers specialising in cable harness routing and mechanical installation design to support vehicle platform development. You will design develop and release robust cable harness routing solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Design and develop cable harness routing solutions using 3D CAD.

Create and maintain 3D routing models and technical documentation.

Optimise routing for packaging manufacturability serviceability quality and cost.

Collaborate with electrical mechanical manufacturing and purchasing teams as well as suppliers.

Participate in design reviews and technical solution development.

Perform tolerance analyses and evaluate installation feasibility.

Support prototype builds verification troubleshooting and industrialisation.

Manage engineering changes and maintain accurate product documentation.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Experience in cable harness routing or mechanical installation design.

Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA).

Experience with 3D CAD systems preferably CATIA V5 or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.

Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team.

Swedish and English communication skills.

𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀:

Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience.

Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and cable harness architecture.

Experience with ENOVIA or other PLM systems.

Experience supporting prototype builds verification and production issue resolution.

Familiarity with Scania product development tools and processes.

Additional European language skills.
