業務内容

• サポートチケット対応オンコール対応コミュニティサポートなどカスタマーサポート業務全般をご担当いただきます
• Go-To-Marketチームと連携しPOC(概念実証)を含むプリセールスポストセールスの技術支援を行います
• 東京のお客様先への訪問対応不定期
• 日本市場拡大に向けたドキュメントトレーニング資料ナレッジベースの整備
• 日本における新しい市場でのサポート体制構築に携わっていただきます立ち上げメンバーとしての役割です)

求めるスキル経験

• テクニカルサポートTAMテクニカルアカウントマネージャーまたはソリューションエンジニアとしての実務経験
• OLAP/SQLデータベースクラウド/SaaSプラットフォームLinuxKubernetesに関する実務経験
• 日本語英語ともにビジネスレベルで堪能な方読み書き会話ともに
• 曖昧な状況でも主体的に動ける方 日本におけるサポート組織の初期メンバーの一人となります

あれば歓迎するスキル

• ClickHouseDruidTrino/Presto等のOLAPシステムに関する実務経験
• グローバルSaaS/データ企業の日本法人での勤務経験

Compensation

For roles based in theUnited States the typical starting salary range for this position is listed certain locations such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area a premium market range may apply as listed.
