Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Consultant to manage customer interactions and support service operations at the showroom/workshop. The candidate will be responsible for opening job cards coordinating with customers regarding vehicle servicing and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team.

Job Responsibilities

Open and maintain job cards for service vehicles
Attend customers and understand service requirements
Coordinate with the service team for timely updates
Provide service-related information and support to customers
Maintain proper records and documentation
Ensure a smooth customer service experience

Job Requirements

Good communication skills
Valid 2-wheeler driving license
12 years of experience in customer service/service operations preferred
Freshers can also apply
Basic computer knowledge preferred

Location: Panaji Goa.
