Job Summary

Job Title: Branch Head – BLAP
Location: Lucknow
CTC: Up to 17 LPA

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Branch Head for the BLAP vertical at Lucknow location. The role requires strong team handling experience along with expertise in secured lending/business loan against property sales and branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive overall branch business performance
Lead train and monitor the sales team
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets
Handle sourcing of BLAP cases through DSA/channel/network
Ensure portfolio quality and process compliance
Develop strong market presence and customer relationships

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in BLAP/LAP sales
Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
Strong leadership and business development skills
Good understanding of secured lending products and local market
